Jolico/J-B Tool, Inc. Policy Manual
J-B Tool & Engineering, Incorporated was started in 1962 by William H. Wieland as a manufacturer of ordinance vehicle components. Leading customers at the time were the U.S. Government and after-market replacement suppliers. Jolico Industries, Incorporated, a manufacturer of die automation components, was purchased in November of 1972. Jolico produced a product line to the major automotive companies, as well as, the local die-build shops manufacturing dies for the Big Three. The two corporations were operated independently until October of 1983 when they were combined into the current corporation. Today, Jolico supplies thousands of die components to all of the major automotive companies worldwide. We also continue to supply ordinance components for direct vehicle build and the after-market. By consistently updating the manufacturing equipment and processes, Jolico has remained a true competitor in the now global marketplace.
